You'll need a subscription app installed on your store first — Shopify's app store has plenty of options. Subscriptions themselves aren't something ConvertOut provides.
Once that's in place, go to the Settings tab and check the box to apply ambassador discount codes to subscriptions, then Save.
There's a matching toggle for one-time purchases, so you can decide exactly which order types ambassador codes apply to.
