How to add or transfer existing ambassadors and affiliates

You can bring existing ambassadors over one at a time, keeping the codes they already use.

Go to the Ambassadors tab and find the Create Ambassador Account card. Enter the person's email and the discount code you want them to have — the code can be a new one or one that already exists in your store. ConvertOut creates their account, links the code, and emails them a link to set their password and log in.

Accounts created this way are approved automatically, so they can start promoting right away.

There's no bulk import, so a long list from another app does need to be added one at a time. A tip that saves time: have your existing affiliates keep the codes they already use, so you only re-create the accounts and nothing changes for their audience.
