Sometimes an ambassador forgets to request a payout and you'd like to pay them anyway. You can start the request for them.
Open the Ambassadors tab, find the ambassador, and click the Edit icon to open their detail page.
Next to their payouts, click Request payout.
That creates a pending payout in the Payouts tab. Pay the ambassador however you normally do, then click Mark as completed to close it out.
