If an ambassador sees a "link expired" message, they can get a fresh one themselves in a few seconds.
Send them to your portal login page and have them click Already have an account, then Forgot Password. The app emails them a new link right away.
This works for expired invite links and forgotten passwords alike. If the email doesn't arrive, ask them to check their spam folder — it comes from noreply@convertout.com.
