Everything email lives in the Emails tab. There you can switch notifications on and off, rewrite the emails your ambassadors receive, and sync ambassador addresses to Klaviyo or Omnisend.
Five templates are editable — click Edit next to any of them to change the subject and body:
- Welcome new ambassador
- New sale
- Payout sent
- Create-account invite
- Ambassador approval
The editor is rich text, not raw HTML, so formatting is done with the toolbar. Three variables are available: {{ commission }}, {{ discountCode }}, and {{ passwordLink }} — they're swapped for the real values when the email sends.
One known quirk: the editor strips empty lines when you save, so signature-style spacing collapses. We've logged it; in the meantime, single paragraphs are the reliable option.
If you require approval for applications, the Welcome new ambassador email is skipped at signup — applicants get the Ambassador approval email when you approve them instead, so that's the one to customize. See how to require approval for ambassadors.
