Ambassador revenue is revenue from Shopify orders that had a ConvertOut-generated discount code applied. It's the number both your ambassador commissions and your ConvertOut transaction fee are based on.
Orders without a ConvertOut code aren't ambassador revenue — no commission is tracked and no fee is charged on them.
Two details worth knowing. The code has to be one ConvertOut created: a code you made by hand in Shopify admin won't be tracked, even if you named it after an ambassador. And we track the sale when Shopify marks the order paid, so pending or unpaid orders don't count yet.
